When tracking your parcel through Landmark Global if you see the status "Not Delivered - Addressee not present- Message left" this means that you were not available at the time your parcel was out for delivery. 

"Addressee" - this term means you, the recipient. 

In cases where the delivery was unsuccessful it is down to you to contact your local postal authority or post office to enquire about your parcel. 

You will need your local barcode to quote the whereabouts of your order.

Your tracking number will look like this: LTN12345780N1

You can then track your parcel at https://landmarkglobal.com/

If you then select 'View Complete Tracking History', this will show the complete tracking of your parcel.

Above the tracking information, you can see a link 'Track with Postal Carrier'.

This will take you to a new page that will show the Parcel Barcode and Local Barcode.

You can then track your parcel with the Local Barcode with your local courier.
